Podcast of the Day: “Living a Phenomenal Life”

podcast_cover2017_3“Make it a good one!”

I LOVE that line; stolen from Gloria herself.

I am recommending this podcast for anyone looking to find ways to better themselves and reach their greatest potential. I am always actively searching for food.

I am ALWAYS in need of food to feed my mind, heart, emotions, spirit and soul to improve my health, wealth and overall being. If you are constantly in search of those things, too, then this little podcast might be just right for you.

For those with short attention spans, have no fear. Her episodes are never any longer than 10 minutes. She gets straight to the point in a fun, engaging, but real and concise manner. Her goal is to not only make you think, but to excite you about what and who you have the potential to become. Her words have literally spoken and helped to breathe life back into me, when I was coming out of a dark place.

If her podcast can help me with fighting depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, stress, anger, laziness, hurt, struggle and inner pain – her message can do the exact same for you! 🙂
