Even if you are not Bipolar like me, suffer from a mental illness or are in any kind/form of health treatment like I am, I truly believe that self-reflection is key to survival, and vital to having true fulfillment in our lives.
My next appointment is tomorrow with my therapist, and I aim to come prepared moving forward with my sessions. I try to stay focused (which is HARD do to when you’re a full-blown maniac). I aim to address everything that is essential to my stability and growth, within every block of 60 minutes that I get.
